Q: What’s your Shipping method? Items will be sent by TNT, UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS Shipping time: TNT, UPS, FedEx, DHL 4-7 days This is international shipping. Items will be sent from China to your address. We can fold the robes from the inside to protect the beads or ties. We put the dress in the courier bag. Steam press is recommended after international shipping Q: What’s your MOQ? Do you accept custom-made, do i need to pay you extra cost for it? We do not have MOQ for wedding dresses. We accept custom-made service free of charge, but it will take 15-25 days to finish. You can send us pictures patterns, even sketches of your design of other styles you like, and we would make replicas by your specifications. After finish we will take detailed photos and email them to you to check them advancely, then send the ready dresses to you. If you are not satisfied, we will make modify the dresses until you are satisfied with them. Q: What’s your delivery and payment? We have ourslevfs Factory ,all dresses made After your paid ,It will take 2-4 weeks for few samples, 5-7 weeks for 20-100 pieces regular orders. Q: What if the quality problems occur Who will bear the shiping cost if my dresses need to be modified? If you are not satisfied when you receive your item, please return it within 14 days for a replacement or money back. Please kindly contact us for the return at first within 48 hours after receiving the item. The returned item must be in perfect condition, as it was sent to you, has not been altered and has not been worn. If there is any dust, dirty spots, change and so on, we shall not offer refund. We offer FREE REPAIR on your dress! But the postage to send it back and re-shipping cost to you will be both on your account.

Wow, not sure what to say about this dress except it's a must buy! Seller was quick with communication and made the custom sized dress and shipped it to Canada in less than a month. The dress is comfortable, light and fits like a glove. I got custom sizing and can tell it was made just for my body which feels great. Thank you!
Dress is beautiful, very soft, fits me well, looks like a perfect boho wedding dress! For the price it's hard to beat! It came quickly, much faster then expected. It's awesome, totally worth it!
As soon as I tried on the dress, I was in love. It looks exactly like the picture, it fit absolutely perfect and the quality of the dress is just... *chef's kiss*. So, I too, never thought I'd buy my WEDDING DRESS on web. Like “do I really want to buy a non-refundable dress for my WEDDING all the way from this shop? What if it doesn’t fit right? What if it doesn’t look anything like the picture?” Girl. Give them your measurements. Give them your money!! It finally came!! COVID-19 didn’t stop this delivery! Seriously though, I tried on many a wedding dress in a salon & not once did I truly feel beautiful or like a bride. This dress that I’ve pinned & saved & eyeballed forever is literally the dress of my dreams! The store answered questions and was attentive. The dress was sewn according to the standards of days 10-12, and another 12 days went to Bashkortostan. Delivery to the door, not via Russian Post. Packing well, the dress is turned inside out and did not crumble at all. Very beautiful in itself, details! For some reason it turned out to be wide in the corset, it is not adjustable, I think it will be necessary to carry in the atelier. As a gift, the seller put the FATA.
This dress is amazing! I also cannot thank Kelly enough for her courtesy and graciousness throughout the entire process. She was extremely communicative and even when there was a delay with delivery (through absolutely zero fault of hers - covid19 had everything delayed entering my country) she still kept tracking and giving me updates as they came. I am thrilled beyond belief I was able to get such a high end looking gown at such a reasonable price. This dress easily looks like it would cost a fortune and looks designer. The fit is perfect.
